Hello, I’m Melanie

Wellness trainer, wellbeing advisor and fellow life juggler!

Keeping well, physically, mentally and emotionally, helps us cope better with uncertainty, challenge and change.

Life isn’t straightforward, and it can be a juggle! In amongst all the wonderful stuff, there are always going to be ups and downs in our work, family and personal lives, with a few curveballs thrown in along the way. I’m a firm believer that the better we feel in body and mind, the better we can cope with the challenges that life brings.  

Working with businesses large and small, across the private, public and third sectors, I have over 20 years’ experience in the workplace wellness industry. This has included managing Employee Assistance Programmes (EAPs), implementing onsite support interventions, promoting stress management programmes, and creating and delivering employee wellbeing training.

I have a Diploma in Stress Management and I'm a qualified Reflexologist, specialising in stress management, mental wellbeing and women's health. I treat people from my reflexology and wellbeing practice in Falmouth, Cornwall, and also see employees in the workplace. I love both aspects of my working life – supporting individuals with reflexology, and delivering wellbeing webinars to employees in the business community.

What I’ve learnt from my time in the wellness industry, with plenty of personal experience thrown in along the way, is that we're all unique – what works for one person isn’t always going to work for another. Organisations that are flexible, non-judgemental and genuinely promote positive wellness create happier, healthier, more resilient employees – and that's always going to be good for business.

I’m always learning, and have a real passion for sharing practical and creative ways for people to keep well, physically, mentally and emotionally. I look forward to bringing this passion to your employees and your organisation!
